Evan is 6 Months Old

Evan is 6 months old:

Height: 26.5 inches

Weight: 15 lbs 8.5 oz

Somethings that have happened this month:

~ started pushing up on his arms but has yet to get his knees underneath him to start crawling

~  Has started to roll in succession

~ Started eating solid foods. So far he has eaten bananas, beans, sweet potatoes, crackers, peanut butter, avocado, and cheerios

~ Went to Black Island farms and got a pumpkin

~ Has started to sit up with support. He can sit up as long as he has something behind him

~Is a generally happy baby

~ Has started this weird thing where he wakes up around 4 AM and then again at 5 AM and doesn't go back to sleep until around 6:30 or 7. Connor and Mom are not fans....

Pumpkin Carving

We had a good time carving our pumpkins. The boys didn't do so well with cleaning out the guts of the pumpkin but they loved drawing their faces on their pumpkins. Then Dad carved the faces out because Mom didn't trust the boys with knives...

 

Black Island Farms

 We took our annual family trip to Black Island Farms pumpkin patch to pick our pumpkins. We had to wear masks and we didn't get a tractor ride but we still had fun. The boys did not want to go through the corn maze this year but we still had fun with all the other activities.

We drove our own van out to the pumpkin patch and we ended up getting 4 pumpkins.

Then it was on to the activities in the courtyard. First was the cow train.

Then the older boys went on the big slide while Connor went to the smaller hay bale tower and smaller slides.

Then the boys rode the tire swings. Wyatt did a tire obstacle course. Wyatt and Connor also fed the goats at the petting zoo too.

Evan is 5 Months old

 Evan is 5 months old! Here are some new things that have happened this month:

~ Evan puts everything in his mouth

~ He has started blowing raspberries with his mouth

~ Went to Colorado for the Anderson Family Reunion and met that side of the family

~ Met Jane, Roland, and Gordon Mancuso 

~ Has started reaching for people and toys

~ loves hanging out on his tummy

~ sleeps on his tummy now

~ started sleeping in his crib in Connor's room

~ Loves his brothers!!!
